Women's Autumn Equinox Retreat September 21st 2024

Join us on the river bank for a day or retreat from everyday life.
21st September 2024 10am to 5pm
Overview
The day will begin by gathering together with herbal tea and time to get comfortable. We will then open the sacred circle and hold a cacao ceremony to honour the energies of the season.
There will be a chance to pull oracle cards and share your stories before a nutritious vegetarian lunch (GF/DF)
After lunch there is time for a walk along the river before we all gather for a healing session with beautiful Rahanni Celestial healing held in a healing glade. The circle will close with a tea ceremony before we say farewell.

New Moon & Full Moon Illuminance Healing Circles
A circle represents infinity and equality. We will explore what is happening in the Cosmos and on the planet and invest time in healing our wounds and making sense of our feelings. The New Moon is the time for manifesting our dreams and desires, and the Full Moon is the time to release, forgive and offer gratitude.
These events will be held over Facebook Live and Zoom. (There is no requirement to say anything and you can choose whether you wish to have your camera on or off if attending via Zoom).
The circles will run along these lines:
- Welcome
- Breath-work meditation
- Blessing to open sacred space
- Open circle sharing
- Meditation or journey
- Closing tarot card reading
The circles are non-religious and based on shamanic practices. They are designed to help with relaxation, reduce anxiety and fear, heal the hurt of this current time and are a good place to feel connected with like-minded souls. This will be a small and intimate circle for journeying and healing, four times on a Monday, with the same group of like minded souls. Each week will be a different exploration and meditation interwoven with a tarot card reading. Lasting approximately 90 minutes in length, you will have the opportunity to talk, share and gain insight and wisdom from each other.
Week 1 -Letting Go - Release the burden of your past and connect with your inner child
Week 2 - Dissolving Fear - facing your limiting beliefs finding your strength
Week 3 - Chakra Illumination - balance and align your 7 chakras
Week 4 - Stepping into Your Power - harness your Goddess power and feel invigorated

The cacao ceremony will be a sacred space where you are welcome to come and sit and take part in whatever way is right for you. Cacao is a powerful superfood and plant medicine. (If you are on SSRIs or anti psychotics, pregnant or breastfeeding or have blood pressure issues please reach out and discuss the cacao with me).
Feel free to join the event with or without cacao. If you wish to have cacao you can order it from me or direct from Keith’s Cacao. I have a special code that you can use. Please see the cacao page, or contact me for details. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that meets you where you are, opening your heart and guiding you to where you need to heal the wounds. She shows you the inner work that needs attending to. Cacao is psycho active (not psychedelic) and helps you listen to your body and connect with your inner wisdom. She helps release emotions and process them so we can heal. All online circles are advertised on Eventbrite and Facebook.

1st February
Imbolc- ‘New Shoots and the Festival of Light’ Imbolc
This Celtic festival of Imbolc is known as the ‘Festival of Light’. It is the first festival of spring taking place when the land is still frozen and yet the Earth is stirring as nature is slowly waking once more. Join us to celebrate the return of the light and the ‘new shoots’. Spring is on the way! You may have noticed the snowdrops starting their show in sheltered spots, and the daffodils and blue bells peeking through. The birds will be singing in the sunshine and sheep will be carrying their lambs. Imbolc means ‘in the belly ‘referring to the sheep’s milk.
The theme for this event is new beginnings, hope, warmth, fertility and prosperity.
What projects do you need to work on planning now before starting? What analysis needs to be done on your life in general? How can you grow stronger? What can you learn? How can you grow? Join us in circle to be supported, nurtured and explore these questions and celebrate this Festival of Light.

Super New Moon in Pisces
This super new moon is in the beautiful water sign of Pisces. Pisces is the sign of emotion and mysteries, and at this new moon we can gain access to them. The new moon is a wonderful time to start something and focus on manifesting. The alignment of Venus and Neptune mixing with the power of Pluto makes this an extra special time with added power. At this super new moon, we have an opportunity to create the life we deserve and in this circle, we will spend a little time releasing what is blocking our success, calling in gratitude and then journey through a beautiful mediation to manifest our deepest desires. Afterwards a creative experience enables a true connection to your wisdom. You will enjoy a warming and delicious nutritious cup of cacao, the gentle heart opening plant medicine.

Full Moon in Aquarius and Lammas which is the first harvest. This is a time of Community, a Time to be with friends and family, relax ad recharge. Offer Gratitude, Time to release and shed what is in the way of our success.

Super Full Blue Moon in Pisces
Forgiveness, Release, Shedding. This is the second full moon in August, so it is known as a Blue Moon. Pisces helps us dream and connect with our deep emotional side.

This is a fiery time indeed as there is a Mars alignment with the sun in Sagittarius! This is a circle to aid the Releasing of Anger into the Fire! This is symbolic of shedding, healing, and forgiving

Solstice’ -Sun Stands Still. Silence and introspection for humanity.
Rebirth of the Sun and a time to celebrate the gradual return of the light. A time to go within and reflect. What do we wish to discard and what seeds can we plant to harvest next year?
