Shamanic Reiki
Shamanic Reiki combines the healing power of Reiki with shamanic practices and can be employed on any living being, including people, pets, animals, plants and trees. It can also be used on objects, such as jewellery, candles, food, gifts and cars.
What to expect during a Shamanic Reiki session
Depending on the package you select you will be asked to sit or lie comfortably, fully clothed. I will then work on your 7 chakras (important energy centres in the body) to balance and align them.
I will place my hands over the chakras and your etheric body will draw the energy where it is needed. You may feel warmth, tingling, surges of emotion, and you may see visions and colours. You may see and feel nothing. Both are perfectly normal.
I use aromatherapy, shamanic tools and music, crystals and candles during a session.
These sessions are designed specifically for your precise needs and can help reduce anxiety and depression, ward off disease, ease relationship issues, balance emotions, and aid closer connection with your inner wisdom.
Shamanic Reiki can help support life changes and can be used alongside traditional western medicine approaches to healing. Specific practices may include chord cutting and inner child work.

Indian head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a highly effective treatment that has evolved from traditional techniques.
What it invloves
The treatment evolves from India where it has been part of family life for a thousand years. The treatment is half an hour or 55 minutes and involves massage to the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck and scalp. It is carried out while the client is seated.
Benefits
This massage works on significant areas of the body, especially the neck and the shoulders, where stress affects large muscle groups. It can often bring immediate relief from the tension held here. Tensions are eased and fibrous knots and nodules melt away. The efficiency of the circulatory and lymphatic systems improves, toxins are dispersed from tense muscles and flexibility and fluidity of movement is restored.
